Camarones
al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp)
(serves
3-4 as a main dish)

Saute in olive oil over medium
heat: |
| 1 |
lb |
large prawns, shelled and deveined |
| 2 - 3 |

minced garlic |

|
until the shrimp just turn pink.
Then add: |
| 1/4 |

fresh lime juice |
|
|
salt and pepper, to taste |
|
|
and cook another few minutes, until the
shrimp curls slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro and
serve immediately over white rice. |

Variations:

This is a delicious, but quick and simple
dish that we had all over Cuba.

You can substitute lemon juice for a more
delicate taste.

A pinch of cayenne spices this up nicely.
