Variations:

The lemon basil adds an elegant flavor to
the fruit. It is best to prepare this in advance: the longer it sits, the
better it gets.

Add some fresh berries. Blackberries are particularly
good; strawberries or blueberries also work well.

In fact, you can use any type of fruit. Try
to keep the combination simple, though, and have no more than two varieties
of fruit.
