Cuban Salad
(outside to inside: sliced cucumber, chopped cilantro, chopped cabbage, sliced red bell pepper, string beans (lightly steamed and doused in olive oil flavored with lemon rind) ...  the whole thing was sprinkled with kosher salt and doused lightly with mojo (olive oil, garlic, lime juice))
