Camarones al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp)
(serves 3-4 as a main dish)
Saute in olive oil over medium heat:
1 lb large prawns, shelled and deveined
2 - 3 T minced garlic
  until the shrimp just turn pink.  Then add:
1/4 c fresh lime juice
  salt and pepper, to taste
  and cook another few minutes, until the shrimp curls slightly.  Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro and serve immediately over white rice.
Notes & Variations:
  1. This is a delicious, but quick and simple dish that we had all over Cuba.
  2. You can substitute lemon juice for a more delicate taste.
  3. A pinch of cayenne spices this up nicely.
