     Wrap sockeye salmon in aluminum foil with a little pesto sauce, and grill on the bbq.
Ann called to recommend a pasta sauce of cottage cheese and roasted red or orange bell peppers, blended together until very smooth.  We liked the idea of adding any combination of roasted garlic, sauteed onion, sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes, and cumin.  Also try garnishing with capers, green peppercorns, chopped kalamata olives, or sauteed shallots.
